  • Eat 6 small meals a day. The max time between meals should be a maximum of 3 hours. Eat one protein with each meal.
  • Watch your sugar intake. Eliminate refined sugar. Limit sugary condiments such as salad dressing.
  • Increase water intake! Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces. No juices, soda or alcohol.
  • Meal replacement shakes and bars should be low in sugar or sugar free.
  • Meal prep! Making meals in advance help you to not make hasty bad decisions at meal time.
